When field testing a new lure, I always reserve my appraisal until many tries in various conditions. After four sessions with the new Hybrid 85 let me pass judgement. In fact after day two I knew the Hybrid was a winner, after landing 16 cracking bream to 44cm. They attacked the lure with such aggression, yet my retrieve was very slow and subtle, in quite dirty shallow water. The active curl tail allows minimal movement for maximum attraction. These plastics have the usual very life like soft texture yet a super tough extra stretch durability. Also, every lure angler knows it's very important to deliver a brand new and different soft plastic to hard fished for bream, repeatedly exposed to the same old lures for possibly years on end. The Hybrid is a must have lure from the already impressive Hurricane stable.
